HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for U.S. Residents
Keller Family Dentistry, Sleep & Facial Pain (the “Practice,” “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the website located at Keller family dentistry, sleep & facial pain or any website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by us (the “Site”).
